Ingredients
16 THIN sliced Pepperoni 1 oz grated Mozzarella Cheese (skim milk)1 8 inch Flour Tortilla2 tbls pizza sauce
Directions
On a flour tortilla spread pizza Sauce and Cheese, arrange Pepperoni. Place in toaster oven on rack no pan (regular oven will work too) on 400 degrees for approx 4 minutes. Watch for cheese to melt, and bottom to crisp up. Enjoy
