I added a bit more spice and garlic as the bread we are using is very bland, very good! - 4/20/11

All I can say is OMG!!!! This stuff is fantastic! I used to not like hummus (I always bought it in the store, you know)....well I just made this and I think I died and went to heaven! - 9/15/07

So good! I don't buy tahini, so I used natural peanut butter, and used garlic powder instead of roasted garlic. It is delicious with fresh veggies. I will definitely make this again. - 3/10/13

This was delicious! I used 1/4 cup of lemon juice; 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper; one garlic clove and some garlic powder and I left out the cilantro. I blended the ingredients with my hand blender and it came out very smooth. I sprinkled paprika and olive oil on top when it was done. Very good and easy! - 4/23/11

Very good. Added a dash of hot sauce to zip it up and that did the trick. Thanks, i will make it again. - 1/16/11

This has become my 'go to' recipe for hummus! I love the mix of flavors - the garlic, the lemon, the spices all mix perfectly! When I don't have real garlic, I just add some garlic powder and it's still great! Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe! - 10/30/10

The best hummus I've ever had. There are just LAYERS of flavors when I taste it. Making it for friends now! Thanks- - 3/4/10

This recipe does not say what size garlic to use. I made it with elephant garlic which is too much so I added more chic peas and it is fine now. It's very tasty. - 12/19/09

I was in search for a dip that will be healthy enough for me to eat on SuperBowl Sunday while the rest of my family will be gorging on the store brand stuff. I tried it and I love it. This is a great dish. lol. - 1/24/09

I make hummus almost exactly the same way (hate raw garlic) but I also fire-roast red peppers and add that in for a little variety! Delicious and adds nice color. - 3/21/07
