Ingredients
16 oz. ground beef1 cup onion (chopped)3 cloves garlic10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup1 cup sour cream1 tsp. salt1 tsp. pepper
Directions
Brown ground beef. Add onions, garlic and salt and pepper. Saute for 5 minutes. Add Cream of Mushroom Soup and sour cream, stir together. Cook over medium heat for and additional 5-10 minutes or until heated through. Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 6 3/4cup servings.

    Sounds a bit bland. Try adding 1 1/2 - 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms with onions and seasonings. Could also add 1 Tblspn tomato paste and 2 tspns French mustard, when adding soup. Also use low-fat sour cream as suggested by MRAMEY. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving. - 2/13/08
