Milk, nonfat, 4 cup Coffee 1 tbsp (I used decaf.) Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .25 cup ) Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp 2 c. ice Sweeten as desired(I used artificial sweetener ) 1 cup serving
Directions
Place all in blender and mix and enjoy
