Bean and Pork Chop Bake

3 Pork Chops1 TBSP EVOO 1 Apple, peeled and sliced thin1 small onion, chopped1 Can Bush's Baked Beans (16oz)1/4 tsp cinnamon1TBSP Maple Syrup1/4 tsp salt
In a Fry pan, brown Pork Chops on both sides in oil. Remove to a plate for a few minuets. In same pan brown onion and apple till tender. Stir in beans and 1/8 tsp cinnamon. Spoon it in a 11x 7" Pan. Top with Pork Chops and baked COVERED(with tin-foil) @ 350 for 40 Minuets. Then, Brush Pork Chops with maple Syrup, sprinkle with salt and 1/8 cinnamon. Bake UNCOVERED for 5-10 more min.
