Beef with Red Wine Gravy

Ingredients
1 pound stew beef1 1/2 C.dry red wine (burgandy works best)1/2 pack of Liptons beefy onion soup mix2 onions sliced very thin3 or 4 cubes beef bouilion3 T cornstarchone bag of baby carrots*optional no yolk noodles
Directions
Slice onions & place at the bottom of crockpot, next put in meat, then 1 1/2 cups red wine ( burgandy or whatever else you prefer ) then add half of the onion soup mix ( I add the entire packet but that's up to you! then add beef bouillon about 3 or 4 ( do this to taste as well ) then add 3 tablespoons cornstarch. Mix everything together & cook on low for 7-10 hours or high for 5-6 hours. Add the carrots about the last 2 hours to prevent them from being to mushy. Feel free to ass garlic salt & pepper too!
You can serve them on no yolk noodles.... That is not included in the nutritional info.
