creamy crab pasta

Ingredients
1 king Crab leg1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese1/2 cup frozen peas1/2 box whole wheat pasta2 TBS grated parmesan cheese1 tsp. black pepper and garlic powder Each
Directions
Start you water for the pasta. DO NOT SALT THE WATER. Crack your crab leg and flake the crab. In a pan add a little water, bring to a boil and add peas for about a min. Drain. In a bowl mix the chesses, pepper, and garlic powder and crab and peas. Once your water for the pasta comes to a boil cook to your liking. In that bowl add about 1/8 cup of hot pasta water. Mix togerther. Drain pasta. Add to bowl. Mix well. Add to pan peas were in and warm. Serve.
