Ingredients
sauce:1 cup brown sugar2 Tbsp Corn Starch1/2 tsp ground ginger1 tsp garlic powder1/2 cup apple cider vinegar2 Tbsp soy sauce1/3 cup pineapple juice1/3 cup waterVeggies: 1 tbsp olive oilminced garlic1/2 onion2 stalks celery1 green pepper2 red peppers1/2 cup julienned carrots1 can pineapple
Directions
6 1 cup servings + your protein

Slice all veggies and saute until tender in olive oil.

Mix dry ingredients together for sauce- then add wet ingredients and mix well. Pour over veggies. Serve over rice.
