Ingredients
2 filets1/2 cup of flaked potatoes1 egg
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Mix egg in one plate, potatoes, on another then. Dip washed dried fish In egg then in potatoe flakes. Place in a baking dish coated with oil, pam, or butter, brush on butter on top and bake until it is flaky with a fork.
