Half-Carb Vegan Chocolate Mayo Cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour1/2 cup cocoa1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt1 cup sugar3/4 cup Vegenaise, or your choice of vegan mayo1 cup water1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Mix dry ingredients together.
3. Cream together wet ingredients.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir.
5. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
8. Cover unused portion to retain moisture.
