Asparagus Salad

Ingredients
Ten medium Asparagus spears, fresh1 Tbsp Soy Sauce1 Tsp Sugar1 clove Garlic, minced1 dash hot sesame oil
Directions
Slice the Asparagus spears diagonally. Bring a pan of water to a boil. Blanch the Asparagus for one to two minutes. Drain. In a small bowl mix the Soy Sauce, Sugar, Minced Garlkc and Hot Sesamee oil and stir together. Add the blanched Asparagus and toss till they are coated with the sauce.
