2 Ripe Bananas (peeled and mashed)2 eggs (used egg beaters for recipe calculator)1 1/2 cup Splenda1 1/2 fcup flour1/2 cup Lite Applesauce1 tsp soda1 tsp vanilladash of salt4 TBSP milk1 tsp vinegar
Mix all ingredents together, will be a sticky dough, bake at 350 degrees in two small loaf pans for 40 to 45 minutes.
