Ingredients
2 Slices whole grain bread1/2 ripe avocado1 tsp miso2 slices tomato
Directions
Mash avocado and miso together to a spreadable consistency.
Spread on both slices of bread.
Add tomato slices.
Eat!

    What is miso and where do I get it? I do the avocado and tomato on lettuce leaves (iceberg or romaine), wrap it up and call it yummy!
