Ingredients
Atlantic Salmon (fish), 0.5 fillet per personGinger Root, 1 tsp *Soy Sauce, .5 cup Orange Juice, .25 cup Garlic, 2 clove
Directions
Grate Ginger, mince Garlic. Mix with juice and soy. Matinater fish 20-30 minutes. Broil for 8 minutes if you like rare, 10=12 (depending on thickness) for cooked through but still very moist
