Chili Mac WW

Ingredients
3/4 of a pound of the leanest ground beef you can buy1.5 cups dry elbow noodles (whole wheat is better for you!)2 cans of stewed tomatos1 can of pinto beans (drain & rinse)1.5 cups chopped onions2.5 cups tomato juice4 oz can of chopped green chilisChili spiceTabasco with Chipotle or your favorite hot sauce
Directions
brown beef & add onion, cook until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients except pinto beans & elbow macaroni. Add all the spices you want - chili, tabasco, etc. Bring to a boil. Add the elbow noodles & beans. Bring back to a boil & then simmer for 15 minutes until the elbow noodles are done. Serve with shredded cheese! Enjoy!
