Pecan Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
1 salmon filetabout 2 TBSP of crushed pecans1 TBSP canola oilegg whitecrushed red pepperItalian seasoning
Directions
Heat oil in a pan. Beat egg white. Dip salmon in egg white then the crushed pecans covering both sides. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper and Italian seasoning. Cook until done, turning once.
