Ingredients
20 ounces chicken breast8 Mission low carb soft tacosKroger's Mild Taco Sauce1 tub Breakstone fat free sour cream1.5 cups Kraft Mexican Style Cheese
Directions
Cook chicken and cut into pieces. In large pot place strips of torillas. Add entire jar of taco sauce, 1.25 cup of cheese and entire tub of sour cream. Heat until bubbly. Add chicken. Pour into casserole dish. Cook for 25 minutes. Add remaining cheese to top. Cook remaining 5 minutes.

    Since there aren't any measurements in this recipe I used a 16 oz container of sour cream and the larger jar of Kroger taco sauce. I baked at 325. It didn't end up looking very appetizing but it tasted okay. - 12/9/07
