Salmon Patties, Low Carb

Ingredients
1 (14.5 oz) can pink salmon, drained1 egg, lightly scrambled1/4c onion, chopped6 saltine crackerssalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Measure out 2 1/2 oz per patty. Over medium heat spray pan with Pam Cooking Spray and place patties in pan and cook to minutes per side.
Makes 6 patties
