Egg white, tomato and cilantro tortilla wrap

Ingredients
1/4 spanish (red) onion, chopped1 spring onion, chopped1/2 tspn extra virgin olive oil3 cherry tomatoes (about 68g), roughly chopped2 large egg whites8 g light feta2 tbspn coriander1 wheat tortilla
Directions
Add oil, onion and spring onions to fry pan and cook until soft.
Add tomatoes and cook for a minute or so.
Add beaten egg whites, and cook.
Heat tortilla in microwave for 20 - 30 seconds, then pile egg mixture and coriander (cilantro) on and roll up (folding top and bottom). Can place back in fry pan to crisp tortilla if you like.
Eat!
