Lasagna Soup

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef (could use turkey)1/2 cup chopped onion1 pkg lasagna dinner mix (such as hamburger helper)5 cups water1 can diced tomatoes undrained1 can whole kernal corn undrained2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese1-2 small zucchini chopped
Directions
In large sauce pan, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink - drain.
Add contents of the lasagna seasoning packet, water, tomatoes, corn and parmesan cheese and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add lasagna noodles (from the mix) and zucchini. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until noodles are tender. Serve immediately
