Chopped salad

Ingredients
1 clove garlic, crushed or chopped1 tsp mustard, grainy kind2 Tbsp light sour cream1 t. olive oilGood lettuce, I use bibb lettucetomatoes, choppedgreen beans, cooked and cooled1 hard boiled egg, choppedalfalfa sprouts 1 cup3 tsp capers
Directions
Mix crushed clove of garlic with mustard and oil and wisk in sour cream (I have also used a little fat free milk to thin out the dressing). I like the dressing to be a little watered down for this salad. On nice big platter, arrange lettuce, green beans (that have been cooked and cooled), diced tomotoes and chopped hard boiled egg. Spinkle sprouts and capers on top and drizzle dressing over the top.
