Chicken, Corn & Black Bean Chowder

Ingredients
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts1 1/2 cups salsa1 cup water1 cup whole kernal corn1 can black beans1 cup low fat or fat free sour cream
Directions
Cook chicken breasts in slow cooker with 1 cup water and the salsa until tender - about 4 hours. Remove from cooker, add corn, sour cream and black beans. Slice chicken and return to cooker. Makes 8 servings. Eat as a soup or over rice.
