with a food processor chop the following ingredients:3 whole fresh beets after peeling the outer skin and removing leaves and roots2-3 celery stalksone half head of cabbageone organic carrotAdd your favorite salad dressing.I use fat free balsalmic vinagrette or a home made low fat mayo, vinegar, and truvia or sugar dressinglow calorie...and know that you are eating healthy
mix all ingredients together and put in bowl and serve chilled...Can be refrigerated up to one week without spoiling. Makes several servings varying in amount. I eat about one cup .
