Ingredients
serving of Orzo pasta for 22/3 cup of can corn2/3 cup kidney beans (you could use drained black beans)Vegetarian grated soy cheese 14-1/2 cup1/4 cup chopped red pepper1/4 cup of salsaMix well and serve
Directions
Cook the pasta according to package
After it is cooked drain in and run cool water over to cool.
