Yvonne's Salmon Patties

Ingredients
2 cans pink salmon1 c fiber one cereal (then crush)4 egg whites1 T lemon juice1/4 c light miracle whip1 c parsley (then chop finely)1 onion chopped finely
Directions
mix all together
Use a 1/4 measuring cup to measure and it also conveniently "forms" the cakes. I also "patty" some of the cakes for a fish sandwich.

you can bake, broil, fry or grill (carefully) them.

Bake 400 degrees for 30 -40 minutes

try with mustard
