Ingredients
16 oz spring water (whatever water you are comfortable with)1 lemon2T maple syrup 1 jalapeno pepper with seeds
Directions
Juice a lemon into a blender. Add the maple syrup, water and jalapeno. Blend until smooth and drink! This is very invigorating!
