Ingredients
2 cans of pink salmon- deboned3 eggs1 cup of nonfat milk3 cups of OatmealSpinkle of lemon juice about capful
Directions
Open two cans of Salmon deboned place into a bowl with 3 eggs 1 cup of nonfat milk and capful of lemon juice squeeze and work with hand until crumbly add Oatmeal blend with hands until throughly mixed well. Put in 2quart cassorle and Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
