Yummy Orange Salmon

Ingredients
*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 4 tsp*Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Garlic, 1 clove Orange Juice, .5 cup Ginger, ground, .5 tsp White Wine, 1 fl oz Pink Salmon (fish), 12 oz
Directions
In large baking dish place aluminum foil all over bottom and sides forming a "dish." Place 12 oz Fresh Salmon. Mix all ingredients together and pour over Salmon. Bake at 370 for 25 mins. Serves 3

We served it with wild rice and salad.
