Ingredients
1/2 a small banana sliced2 medium sized strawberries fresh or frozen1/4 of a pineapple slice ( 3-1/2 diam x 3/4 thick)1/4 cup canned peach halves/slices with juice1/4 cup chocolate soy milk
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend.
If you desire a thinner consistency add some water.
