Elias rice pilaf

Ingredients
3 cups of rice3/4 red bell pepper (chopped in small cubes)1/2 of a large yellow onion (chopped small)(3) 6" to 8" carrots (chopped small)4 slices of Schnelders canadian bacon (cut into small pieces)1 tbsp salt1 tsp black crushed pepper1 tsp thyme1 tsp oregano
Directions
Place all ingredients in rice maker add water 2 to 1 and cook for 25 min in a microwave rice cooker
