Tuna Broccoli Luncheon

Ingredients
1/4 c sliced almonds1 tbsp butter2 pkgs (10 oz each) frozen chopped broccoli1 can (10 oz) tuna, drained1 can (4 oz) mushrooms, drained1/2 c sliced water chestnuts1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese1 can Healthy Choice cream of mushroom soup1/2 c skim milk1/4 c lite mayonnaise or salad dressing2 tbsp chopped pimiento
Directions
1.Combine almonds & butter in small glass dish.
Microwave at med. power 3-4 minutes until toasted, stirring once. Careful not to overcook. Set aside.
2. Put broccoli in 12x8" glass baking dish & microwave to thaw; then drain. Sprinkle tuna, mushrooms, water chestnuts and cheese evenly over top. Combine soup, milk, mayo & pimiento. Pour over tuna mixture. Sprinkle toasted almonds over top.
3. Microwave, uncovered 8 minutes. Reduce to med. power for 6-8 minutes or until completely cooked.
You can cover with paper towel and cook on high for about 12 minutes if you prefer.
