Brown Fried Rice w/Napa Cabbage

Ingredients
2 cups Brown long grain rice4 eggs2 cups Napa Cabbage1 Clove Garlic1 tbsp Mushroom Soy Sauce1 tbsp Canola/Olive Oil blend
Directions
1. Steam or boil rice
2. In skillet heat oil, add chopped garlic and saute until garlic is golden.
3. Combine rice, eggs, cabbage, soy sauce in with garlic.
4. Stir fry until egg is done.

Serving =1 cup

    Seems to me the nutrition is wrong..please check My brown rice is 150 per 1/2 cup and 34 carbs...Also 2 g Fiber and 3 gr. protein...PLease recalculate - 1/28/11
