Pumpkin Bread (low fat)

Ingredients
3 c sugar1 c unsweetened applesauce1 c liquid egg substitute2 c pumpkin puree3 1/2 c flour1 1/2 tsp salt2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg2/3 c cold water
Directions
Combine wet ingredients. Combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Combine well and divide among 2 well greased and sugared loaf pans. Bake at 350 for appox 1 hr
