Ingredients
6 Chicken thighs Boneless skinless1/2 C yellow onion chopped3 Cloves garlic finley chopped1 C chopped tomatoe2 C tomato sauce
Directions
Place chopped onion, tomato, and garlic in sauce pan with oil. Fry about 1 min and add chicken. Cook till chicken is cooked through. Add tomato sauce and simmer 20 min or so stirring...
Great over rice of your choice.
