Mom's Banana Muffins

Ingredients
3 bananas (old, brown ones work best)1 egg1 egg white2 cups flour1/2 cup sugar1/4 cup brown sugar1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened1 tbsp. oil1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. baking sodaa pinch of salt
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a mixer till well blended.

Spoon into muffin tin, about 3/4 full. Cook muffins for 20 minutes or until nothing sticks when poked with a toothpick.

(Have not tried with this recipe yet, but) For a loaf pan, coat pan with cooking spray and cook 45 min to 1 hour until middle is cooked through.
