4 slices whole wheat bread2 oz. mozzarella cheese6 basil leaves1 tomato;sliced
Place cheese on half of the bread. Arrange basil leaves over cheese.Add tomato slices,top with remaining bread. Spray shillet with non stick spray and heat over med heat. Cook til lightly browned.
