Cauliflower and Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients
2 tsp canola oil2 tsp crushed garlic1 tsp ground tarragon1 tsp ground sage1 cup chopped onionpinch of salt and pepper2 cups chopped cauliflower3.5 cups diced sweet potatoes4 cups chicken stock/broth1.5 Tbsp honey
Directions
Saute garlic and nion until soft. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cook for 30-45 minutes until sweet potatoes are soft. Put soup into a food processor until pureed!
