Savory Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can pink salmon, drained2 eggs1 egg white1 small onion, finely chopped1 celery stalk, finely chopped1/2 cup bread crumbs1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp cumin powder1 tsp curry powder1/4 tsp savory1/2 tsp parsley, dried
Directions
Just combine all ingredients until well blended. Shape into 5 patties. I shaped mine as hamburger patties. I found each patty filled a 1/3 cup which made for fairly equal portions.

Fry on low heat in olive oil, giving each side about 5 minutes or so.

I found the taste nice and mild and not really fishy. I could see using these in the summer for "hamburgers" with ketchup, mustard, and onions!!
