Ingredients
3 lb bag of frozen boneless chicken breasts1 packet taco seasoning3 cups thick & chunky salsa (I use the Walmart brand of salsa that has black beans & corn in it)1 bag (24 oz) Trader Joe's frozen 3 Bell Pepper BlendSprinkle of garlic powder
Directions
Place frozen chicken breasts in crock pot. Sprinkle each one with taco seasoning, and spoon some salsa on each one. Sprinkle with garlic powder, to taste. Dump entire frozen bag of peppers on top.

Cook in crock pot on low for 8 hours.

When finished, you can eat as is, or shred it for chicken tacos, chicken burritos, taco salad, nachos, top a baked potato, etc. This makes quite a bit, so you'll have leftovers for another day.

Note: I put my frozen chicken breasts in the crock pot. I've been doing this for years, and I haven't gotten sick or killed anyone yet. ;) If you are nervous about food safety, simply thaw your chicken first, and decrease the cooking time accordingly.
