5 oz Cod Fish1 cup baby carrots2 sm raw potatoes1 egg1 tsp olive oilgarlic, salt & pepper to taste
place carrots & potatoes in boiling water. When you potatoes are soft enough to stick a fork, add cod and egg. Boil for ten minutes.
Drain all liquid and season with salt, pepper and finelly chopped garlic
