Grilled apple and cheese sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices of multi grain bread2 tsp margarine1 tsp mustard2 oz Swiss cheese1/2 red apple, not peeled, sliced thinlyLettuceAlfalfa sprouts
Directions
Spread margarine on bread
Put one slice in a non-stick pan with the buttered side on the bottom.
Spread mustard, then add one slice of cheese, apple slices, lettuce and finally the other slice of cheese.
Put the other slice of bread with the buttered side on top.
Brown both sides of the sandwich until golden and the cheese is melted.
For added variety, replace apple slices with fresh pear slices.
