Teriyaki Pork Steaks

Ingredients
1 cup lite soy sauce1/2 cup Splenda1 tbsp molasses1 oz. dry sherry or bourbon1 tbsp freshly grated ginger3 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp sea salt1 3/4 lb. pork steaks
Directions
1) Combine ingredients except for ginger and garlic in a saucepan.
2) Cook over low heat, stirring until Splenda has dissolved. Add ginger and garlic; cool.
3) Marinate pork steaks for 20 to 30 minutes.
4) Remove pork steaks and place on grill over hot, glowing coals, turning once; brush both sides with sauce. Cook quickly over high heat.
