Ingredients
280 g hake fillets (appr. 2 fillets)50 g dised onion100 g fresh mushrooms sliced1 tbls light mayo1 tbls freshly squezed lemon juiceyour favourite fish spice
Directions
Coat baking dish with spray and cook.
Place fish in dish.
Combine lemon juice mayonaise, onions and spices.
Spread evenly over fish.
Preheat oven to 295 degrees.
Place fish in oven and bake for appr. 20 minutes.
4 Side servings or 2 full servings
