Plum Seafood Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1. 1 10oz package of fresh Spinach, fresh 2. 1 16oz package of raw Shrimp 3. 2 cups of Soba Noodles 4. 2 tbsp of Oriental Plum Sauce
Directions
1. Boil shrimp and noodles until they are done 5minutes
2. Drain water from the pan and put 1 tbsp of olive oil in the pan.
3. Stir and cook for 1 minutes. add plum spinach and plum sauce then cook for 2 minutes.
