Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 large Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, choppedOnions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shreddedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients except for cheese and pour into 2 muffin cups. Top with cheese and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
