Ingredients
Darielle Low Carb Pasta, Penne, 1 package, 12 oz , 340gClassico Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, 1 jar, 26 oz, 737gCampbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can, 10 3/4 oz, 305gDel Monte Stewed Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 can, 14 1/2 oz, 411gHoffman Swiss Cheese, Cracker cuts, 4 oz, 113.4gBlack peppercorns, fresh ground, 1 tsp or to tasteHot pepper sauce, 1 tsp or to taste
Directions
Cut or tear Swiss cheese into small pieces and set aside. Drain stewed tomatoes and set aside.

Bring 4 cups of water to a rapid boil. Cook penne to al bente, well done, for 10 minutes or as desired.. Drain pasta and mix in cheese pieces while pasta is still hot.

Place Classico sauce, mushroom soup, drained stewed tomatoes, hot pepper sauce and fresh ground black peppercorns in the blender and blend till mixture is smooth. Mix sauce and pasta in casserole dish.

A serving is 1 cup.
