Low-Fat Banana Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 cup white flour1/4 cup whole wheat flour1 Tbsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. sea salt1 cup mashed banana1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup fat free sour cream1 egg1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Combine ingredients and put into muffin pans sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Store the muffins in an air-tight container for one or two days; otherwise, freeze excess muffins.
