Firecracker Shrimp

Ingredients
16 medium shrimp, peeled, deveined (leave on tails)16 wonton wrappers1 tsp Thai red curry paste1 tbsp fish sauceOil for deep frying
Directions
Mix curry paste and fish sauce.

Mix shrimp with curry sauce, let sit for 10 minutes.

Take wonton wrapper. Put infront of you like a diamond, fold the bottom corner in and place a shrimp on top. Fold the top corner over the top of the shrimp, then roll the side corners over the shrimp. Dip a pastry brush in water and brush on edges of wonton wrapper, press gently to seal.

Heat oil to 375F, cook for 5 - 8 minutes until shrimp are cooked.
