Ingredients
1 container 1 % cottage cheese fresh dill, parlsey and chivesfresh ground black pepperdash of salt ( optional)
Directions
whirl cottage cheese in blended untill smooth add rest of ingredients and mix well store in a covered container in fridge for up to one week, nice on toast or crackers
serving size is 1 tablespoon
