Spinach and White Bean Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
1 can Cannellini Beans2 packages chopped frozen Spinach2 C 1% Milk4 oz Neufchatel (light) cream cheeseGarlic to taste (about 1 TBS)1/2 C Parmesan Cheese, grated1 TBS Light Butter1 TBS FlourOther seasonings as desired:BasilOreganoParsley
Directions
Cook and drain spinach according to package. Set aside.
In large, deep fry pan, melt butter and add flour to thicken. Add garlic. Add milk and cream cheese and Parmesan cheese and continue cooking until sauce begins to thicken. Add spinach and beans. Add other seasonings as desired. Continue to cook to desired consistency

Serve over pasta of your choice.
